No More Champagne

On the 1st Of February an evening was held at Haberdasher Hall, City of London with London Wall Partners hosting an informal talk on Winston Churchill and His Money, by David Lough, author of "No More Champagne".

Winston Churchill has had close association with diamonds. When the Cullinan Diamond was found in 1905, it was Winston Churchill who orchestrated the arrival of the Cullinan Diamond to the British shores and presenting it to King Edward IIV, the eventual home for such an impressive piece was in the Sceptre With the Cross and the Imperial State Crown of Her Majesty the Queen, as well as many significant jewellery pieces worn by the Royal Family.

Davril Jewels were pleased to add sparkle to what was already a successful event for London Wall Partners.
